B. Clerk’s Report
Olson stated that she is looking for Election Judges in the Mazon, Verona, Kinsman area. Olson stated they have done some outreach, and are hoping for a response.
Olson stated that early voting begins on May 19th, and this is also the first day mail ballots will be available to those who request them. Olson noted that they will have extended hours for early voting, including evenings and weekends.
Tax rate computation sheets will be sent out shortly.

B. Assessor Report
Ritke noted that their office has been busy. Ritke noted that she attended the IEPA Conference in April, and felt it was a really good experience. Ritke stated that her office is working on a large shredding project. In May they will tour the GE Hitachi Plant.
VI. Technology

B. Technology Report
Webb stated that our website and email addresses are now grundycountyil.gov. Webb stated this was launched sooner than they expected.
Webb updated the committee on the RFP for Office 365, security cameras, and the Board Room Audio and Visual.
Webb is waiting on equipment for the Courthouse project.
Webb noted that IT recently had a resignation, and they are working to fill the job as soon as possible.

Olson thanked all of the members of the Board of Review. Olson noted that it is a thankless job.

4. EDPA Tax Rebate- Unlimited Carrier
Nancy Norton stated that the property that Unlimited Carrier is looking at is located within the Grundy County EDPA. Unlimited Carrier is currently in Bolingbrook. Unlimited Carrier wished to expand and will bring current employees with them, and will also employee new people. Norton introduced everyone, Steven Masiulionis, Edvinas Balciunas, and Paulius Obeliunas all owners of Unlimited Carrier. Reiner Pranger, Broker, Jacob Rahumer, Attorney, Kyle Schumacher, Keotone Partners.
Kyle Schumacher, Project is 90 acres in size, and 57 acres are usable. Project will have a 2013 sq. ft. Office building. A 29,000 sq. ft. Maintenance building will be on site. It will include office space. A third building will be built. Schumacher stated the employee count is 352-561 new jobs.
Dan Duffy, Administrator of Minooka. Duffy noted that the Village of Minooka has been in negotiations with Unlimited Carrier for approximately 8-9 months. Duffy states that Village of Minooka is in full support of this project.

5. Resolution Approving the Fourth Amended Dresden/Constellation Power Station Real Property Tax Assessment Settlement Agreement

Onorato asked if the Treasurer, Assessor, and County Clerk could get together and review this agreement before it is sent to the County Board.
