John Fick and Glen Schumacher, Airgas Co. attended the meeting to review the tax incentive and to address the problems with the employment commitments. The meeting results were to continue with the existing provisions of the original existing agreement.
1. Motion to recommend to the County Board to accept the explanation of their performance defect and to continue the incentive contract in full force and effect.
