Tony Arnold updated the committee on the hot water heater replacement project that was approved by the Board Chairman as an emergent situation due to leakage beyond repair. 3 quotes were obtained, with Barry Plumbing low bidder at $23,855.00. Arnold stated that when he received the final bill it was $860 less than quote.
