On Saturday, March 1, former Minooka Community High School standout Reed Gannon’s current college team, the Illinois Fighting Illini, won 10-9 in their NCAA Division I baseball game against the Washington Huskies.
The game took place at Las Vegas Ballpark. This was their first matchup against the Huskies this season.
The Fighting Illini’s next game is scheduled for Sunday, March 2 at 1 p.m. at Las Vegas Ballpark against Texas Longhorns.
