On Monday, Feb. 24, former Minooka Community High School standout Kaleigh Serra’s current college team, the Charleston Golden Eagles, won 10-1 in their NCAA Division II softball game against the Bluefield State Big Blue.
The game took place at Sue Morris Sports Complex. This was their first matchup against the Big Blue this season.
The Golden Eagles’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, Feb. 25 at 2 p.m. at UC Softball Field against California Vulcans.
