The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2019 in South Wilmington rose by $22,550 while total sales increased by 25%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2019, there were five homes sold, with a median sale price of $125,000 – a 22% increase over the $102,450 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in South Wilmington in the third quarter of 2018.
