Call to Order 

The meeting was called to order by Board President, Lois Phillips at 6:16 pm to heard public Comment on the proposed Ordinance 17-1 the Budget & Appropriation Ordinance for FY 2017-2018

Roll Call

Roll call was taken by Board Secretary, Steve Smith.

Adjournment

A motion was made by Jill Ames and seconded by Renee McLuckie that:

The Board adjourn the August 22, 2017 Public Hearing.

Motion carried by a roll call vote:

Ayes: Tomlinson, Mcluckie, Ames, Crawford, DeAngelo, Smith and Phillips

Nays: none

Absent: none

Abstain: none

Meeting was adjourned at 6:29 p.m.
