City of Verona Plan Commission will meet Nov. 6.
Here is the agenda provided by the Commission:
1. Call to Order.
2. Roll Call
3. Approval of minutes from the October 2, 2017 Plan Commission Meeting.
4. Public Hearing – Precise Implementation Plan (PIP) for a Planned Unit Development (PUD), known as the Legacy at Noel Manor, that would allow for the construction of a 32-unit dementia/Alzheimer’s care facility on Lots 25 and 26 of the Prairie Oaks 2nd Addition subdivision.

5. Public Hearing – Precise Implementation Plan (PIP) for a Planned Unit Development (PUD), known as Festival Foods, to be located at 660 Hometown Circle that would allow for the construction of a 67,867 square foot grocery store.

6. Discussion & Possible Action – Certified survey map to create two (2) lots at 1979 Milky Way.
7. Discussion & Possible Action – Site plan review to allow for the construction of a 8,525 square foot building to be located at 529 Commerce Parkway.
8. Discussion & Possible Action – Initial review to allow for the construction of a 9,200 square foot building to be located at 404 Legion Street
9. Discussion & Possible Action – Urban Service Area amendment to add approximately 31.82-acres of land located in the City to the Verona Urban Service Area.
