Morris Community High School District 101 Board met Nov. 28.

Present: President Judie Roth Mr. Chris Danek
Secretary Scot Hastings Mr. Jim Ringer
Vice President Tom Anderson (5:32 p.m.) Mrs. Lynn Vermillion (5:37 p.m.)
Absent: Mrs. Kim Puckett
Also Present: Dr. Patrick Halloran
The special meeting convened at 5:30 p.m. in the board room with the Pledge of Allegiance.
A motion was made by Mr. Ringer and SECONDED by Mr. Danek to enter executive session for the appointment, employment, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees. On roll call vote, those voting AYE: Mr. Ringer, Mrs. Roth, Mr. Danek, Mr. Hastings. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.
Mr. Anderson entered the meeting at 5:32 p.m. Mrs. Vermillion entered the meeting at 5:37 p.m.
A motion was made by Mr. Anderson and SECONDED by Mrs. Vermillion to return to regular session at 7:08 p.m. On voice vote, those voting AYE: All. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.
The meeting adjourned at 7:09 p.m. on a motion made by Mr. Ringer and seconded by Mr. Danek. On voice vote, those voting AYE: All. NAY: None. Motion CARRIED.
