Due to the recommendation to build a 5-8 grade school building, counsel has advised leaving the ballot language as a general "two school buildings." The specificity of an Intermediate School or a Junior High School could be problematic as neither have a firm definition of the grades contained therein.

If adopted by the Board of Education, Administration will file certified copies of the Resolution with each of our three counties and insure that the appropriate notices get published in the Morris Herald News. We will then begin an active community information program to make sure that our voters understand the facts about our facilities, enrollments and the new buildings proposed in the ballot question.

Dr. Monn thanked the members of the Facilities Advisory Committee for their many months of work creating this plan. It is engaged parents and community members such as these that make Minooka 201 the outstanding educational family that it is.
