A. Summer work plans
a. Refresh / update existing desktops
b. Developing a plan to bring in all laptops for updates
c. Lab work – removing computers / updating computers
B. ICE Conference session updates
a. Sessions attended: online PD system for
staff, digital literacy strategies for students,
Alice Keeler Google Training session
C. Security systems updates –
a. New core system and 6 new cameras have been proposed and approved for
purchase.

III. Media Center Updates - Kelly Simpson
A. Attended ICE Conference
a. Proposed an online system to post resources and notes for teachers to
access.
B. Updates to library
a. New tables and chairs being purchased to provide a more fluid learning
experience.
IV. Assessment Updates – Becki Bernardi
A. Continued SchoolNet rollout
a. High usage among all subjects
b. Attending a SchoolNet User Group Meeting in April to see the latest features
coming out in future releases.
V. STEM Updates – Ryan Hansen
A. Continued curriculum work for the STEM courses
a. Trying to build foundation for courses to use as the course continues to grow
VI. Technology Curriculum Updates - Kelly Hussey
A. Changes in courses and STEM course requests
a. A digital literacy course will be offered in addition to / instead of the
keyboarding class.
b. 45 students enrolled and scheduled in the STEM course
