Three Rivers Public Library District Building and Grounds Committee met March 14.
Here is the minutes provided by the Committee:
Call to order and establishment of the quorum: Chair Chesson called the meeting to order at 5:45 p.m. Trustees present: Chair Chesson, McEvilly-Reed, McSteen and Swick. Also present: Executive Director Offerman and Assistant Director Griggs.
New Business:
a. Strategic Planning – Trustees discussed updated on projects at both locations. Walk-arounds have been scheduled for May 9th at 5:30 p.m. at Minooka and June 13th at 5:00 p.m. at Channahon for the Building and Grounds Committee.
Adjournment: Chair Chesson adjourned the meeting at 5:55 P.M.
