Coal City Public Library District Board met April 25.

Call To Order - President Lois Phillips called the special board meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.
Roll Call – Board Secretary Steve Smith called the roll.

Public Comment - There was no public present to make comment.
Purpose Of Meeting – To discuss the Library Director's Annual Evaluation.
Closed Session - Motion by Nancy DeAngelo and seconded by Renee McLuckie that The Board move into closed session under 5 ILCS 120/2 (1) to discuss the Annual Director Evaluation.
Motion carried by roll call vote.
Ayes: DeAngelo, Smith, Crawford, Tomlinson, McLuckie, Ames and Phillips
Nays: None
Absent: None
Abstain: None
Entered into closed session at 6:02 p.m.
Returned to open session at 7:20 p.m.
No action was taken by the Board
Adjournment - Motion made by Renee McLuckie and seconded by Carol Crawford that
The Board adjourn the 4/25/2018 Special Board meeting.
Motion carried by roll call vote.
