Morris Community High School District 101 issued the following announcement on May 30.
Sports Physical Clinic
Morris Hospital will be offering sport's physicals to Morris Community High School Sophomore, Junior and Senior athletes June 7th from 8-12 in the MCHS Nurse's office. The cost is $20. Checks are payable to Morris Hospital. Parents must complete and sign the pre-participation examination page of the physical form before the student can receive the physical. Parents do not need to be present at the time of the physical.
