Here is the agenda provided by the Board:

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 03-1: A System of Watermains, Storm Sewers, Sanitary Sewers and Roadway Improvements, including Street Lighting and Landscaping, to serve the Lakewood Trails Unit No. 1 Project.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 03-2: A System of Watermains, Storm Sewers, Sanitary Sewers and Roadway Improvements, including Street Lighting and Landscaping, to serve the Prairie Ridge Project.

SPECIAL ASSESSMENT NO. 04-1: A System of Watermains, Storm Sewers, Sanitary Sewers and Roadway Improvements, including Street Lighting and Landscaping, to serve the Lakewood Trails Unit No. 2 Project.

4. Consideration of Invoices – Making & Levying Fund

A. Wells Fargo Bank for trustee fees for the 2014 SAA, invoice 1586428 dated 07/11/18 for $5,500.00.

B. Klein, Thorpe and Jenkins, Ltd. for legal services for the 2014 SAA, invoice 195107 dated 04/09/18 for $1,436.73. Invoice was paid by Village and the Village needs to be reimbursed.

C. Spesia & Taylor for legal services for the 2014 SAA, invoice 812653 dated 04/10/18 for $969.00. Invoice was paid by Village and the Village needs to be reimbursed.

D. Spesia & Taylor for legal services for the 2014 SAA1, invoice 812817 dated 05/09/18 for $323.00. Invoice was paid by Village and the Village needs to be reimbursed.

E. Village of Minooka for filing fees for the partial release of liens for four 2014 SAA properties in April, May and June for $321.00.
