M-V-K School Elementary District 2C Board met June 25.
Here is the minutes provided by the Board:
On call of roll, Members were present and absent as follows:
PRESENT: Bryan Baker, Mike Carey, Keith Pfeifer, Sarah Baker, Nik Weber, Bob Wagner
ABSENT: Shane Gilbertson
ADMIN: Superintendent Nancy Dillow, Principal Melanie Elias, Principal Tony DiNello
VISITORS: Recording Secretary Alise Marques
Superintendent Dillow presented the amended budget for fiscal year 2017-2018. Mrs. Dillow that we have not received all of the tax dollars yet. Our total expenditures were under budget by approximately $64,000.00, and of the 3 million dollars in bond money that we got in, we spent out approximately 1.7 million dollars. Our audit will be on July 10th this year
There was no public comment.
Member Wagner moved to adjourn the meeting. Member Carey seconded the motion. On roll call vote, the following vote was recorded. Ayes: six. Nays: none. Motion passed.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:58 P.M.
