Grundy Area Vocational Center issued the following announcement on July 31.
We would like to “Welcome” the students/parents to the 2018-19 school year!
The administration has decided to go paperless and go to online registration for the upcoming school year.
In an effort to improve critical student information, the Grundy Area Vocational Center will be using an Internet-based system, www.TeacherEase.com, to collect contact information and other relevant student data. Our hope is that once the process is completed, communication from GAVC teachers and administration will be improved, with parents and guardians during the school year.
Additionally at the completion of the TeacherEase portion of the data collection process, we are collecting all permission forms information via online forms. When you complete the TeacherEase form, the additional links will be provided for you to be able to complete these forms. These forms must be completed by Wednesday, August 29, 2018.
If we already have your email address on file, please watch your inbox for a “2018-19 GAVC Registration Welcome Email”. This email will have the steps necessary to login to TeacherEase and continue the registration process. If you have not received a “Welcome” email from GAVC, please email gavc@gavc-il.org with your student(s) name and your relationship to the student, so we can enter your information into the TeacherEase email system.
We will reply to your email within 24-48 hours, to confirm we have received your request.
