7. Public Hearing and Consideration of proposed zoning ordinance text amendment for the village of Minooka, IL on the question of: whether to amend the Village’s Zoning Ordinance to allow for the construction and operation of small wind and solar energy systems.

Public Hearing and Consideration of amending the text of Title 5, Chapter 7, Section 3(B) to add “Pet Service, Domestic and Overnight Boarding Services”, and amending the text of Title 5, Chapter 7, Section 4(A) to replace “Pet Service, Domestic” with “Pet Service, Domestic (No Overnight Boarding)” and to amend Title 5, Chapter 7, Section 4(B) to add “Pet Service, Domestic and Overnight Boarding Services”, at which time and place any persons interested will be afforded an opportunity to be heard. Copies of the proposed amendment are on file at the Village Hall and are accessible to any interested parties
