Coal City Early Childhood Center issued the following announcement on Aug. 31.
Please see a few reminders from the office below:
Doors open at 7:45am daily and students are dismissed at 2:45pm
Students are considered tardy after 8:05am
If your child will be absent, please report the absence to the office by calling (815) 634-5042 and then pressing 1.
Please use the parent parking lot for drop off and pick up. Please do not use the teacher parking lot as we have buses loading and unloading in that area. If entering the circle drive, please do not drive past a bus with the stop sign extended.
Please remember when leaving the parent parking lot, you may only turn right.
When dropping off or picking up, please only park in a parking space. You may not park in the drop off route where yellow lines are painted.
All visitors must have a photo ID when entering the building.
Parents:
Please put your student's name on EVERYTHING brought to school - backpacks, coats, PE shoes, hats, gloves, lunch box, etc.
When items are misplaced, it is much easier to return when we can find a name on the lost item!
