V. Budget Reporting
At 88% through FY18 the total General Fund expenditures are at 78%; revenues are at 109%.

VI. New/Old Business
A. 2018 Amended Budget Review
The FY18 amended General Fund revenues are at $15,764,400, expenditures $15,720,108 with a surplus of $44,292.
B. 2019 Budget Update
The FY19 proposed General Fund budget revenues are at $16,250,894, expenditures are at $16,112,735 with a surplus of $138,159.
C. Review Restricted Funds
All fund balances were provided for the committee's review.
D. Review Opportunities for County Finance Management
Balkema stated that the salary for the past part time receptionist position ($10,700) are budgeted for financial assistance for the County Administrator.
E. Payroll Location Discussion
Personnel Committee will be further discussing payroll processing being done by the HR department, therefore creating a need for the part time assistant to be full time.
F. 5 to 7 Year Plan
The County Administrator will be working on the plan.
G. Vision 2020 Goals
Balkema told he committee that the goals are 50% completed and can be viewed on SharePoint.
