Q4 real estate sales report: Lori-Sue Subdivision

Median prices declined in Lori-Sue Subdivision over last year, and are up 33.2 percent over 10 years, adjusted for inflation, according to fourth quarter sales data collected by BlockShopper.com.

From October to December, 1 home sold in Lori-Sue Subdivision for a price of $215,000. That's 13.3 percent lower than median home sale prices for the fourth quarter of 2017.
