A. Presentation of FY18 GASB 75 Actuarial Valuation Report

John Ritchie, Menard Consulting Inc. presented the Actuarial Valuation of Other Postemployment Benefits for Grundy County in accordance with GASB Statement No. 75 for the fiscal year ending November 30, 2018. Gray stated that no action was needed and the calculations were used in the FY18 audit.

B. Finance Analyst Position

1. Job Description - Financial Analyst

The motion was to approve the salary range as stated on the job description to be paid from Contingencies, to include previously allocated monies from the receptionist salary and as discussed for the part-time Financial Analyst position. The position will be properly budgeted for FY20.
