The report reflected that at 27% through FY19 General Fund revenues are at 15%, expenditures 20%.

VI. New Business

A. IMRF Investment Return Changes

George Gray informed the committee that the IMRF Board of Trustees lowered the amount it assumes IMRF will annually earn on its investment portfolio from 7.5% to 7.25% net of fees, effective January 1, 2019. Gray stated that this may effect employers and members and will keep the committee updated.

VII. Old Business

Chairman Balkema updated the committee on the six sigma project of moving payroll processing out of the Treasurer's office. Another meeting will be held on Monday, March 18th; the outcome will be reported at the next Finance Committee meeting.
