Morris home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Morris rose by $15,000 while total sales decreased by 8.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 41 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 45 homes sold in Morris in the first quarter of 2017.
