Diamond (Grundy County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Diamond in Grundy County rose by $13,250 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were seven homes sold, with a median sale price of $180,000 - a 7.9% increase over the $166,750 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were four homes sold in Diamond in the first quarter of 2017.
