Coal City (Grundy County) home prices rise in the first quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the first quarter of 2018 in Coal City in Grundy County rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 24%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through March of 2018, there were 19 homes sold, with a median sale price of $154,000 - a 0.7% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Coal City in the first quarter of 2017.
