Corri Trotter told the committee that her office is participating in the Local Debt Recovery Program of the IL Office of the Comptroller which provides for the offset of tax refunds or other payment made by the state to parties with qualified debts owed to the Circuit Clerk's office. She also discussed upcoming fee increases in July, 2019.
