Morris home prices fall in April 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2017 in Morris fell by $22,500 while total sales increased by 83.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2017, there were 22 homes sold, with a median sale price of $208,500 - a 9.7% decrease over the $231,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 12 homes sold in Morris in April 2016.
