Coal City (Grundy County) home prices rise in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Coal City in Grundy County rose by $24,500 while total sales increased by 6.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 16 homes sold, with a median sale price of $167,500 - a 17.1% increase over the $143,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 15 homes sold in Coal City in May 2016.
