Morris home prices rise in November 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2017 in Morris rose by $15,000 while total sales increased by 35.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2017, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $185,000 - a 8.8% increase over the $170,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 17 homes sold in Morris in November 2016.
