Morris home prices fall in January 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in January 2018 in Morris fell by $60,000 while total sales increased by 18.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In January 2018, there were 13 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 30% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 11 homes sold in Morris in January 2017.
