Morris home prices rise in August 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in August 2018 in Morris rose by $49,500 while total sales increased by 37.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In August 2018, there were 33 homes sold, with a median sale price of $202,500 - a 32.4% increase over the $153,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 24 homes sold in Morris in August 2017.
