Morris home prices fall in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in Morris fell by $30,750 while total sales increased by 36.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $179,250 - a 14.6% decrease over the $210,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 19 homes sold in Morris in September 2017.
