South Wilmington home prices rise in September 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in September 2018 in South Wilmington rose by $26,950 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In September 2018, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $78,950 - a 51.8% increase over the $52,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were three homes sold in South Wilmington in September 2017.
