Morris home prices fall in October 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in October 2018 in Morris fell by $10,400 while total sales decreased by 8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In October 2018, there were 23 homes sold, with a median sale price of $165,000 - a 5.9% decrease over the $175,400 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 25 homes sold in Morris in October 2017.
