Morris home prices fall in November 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in November 2018 in Morris fell by $10,000 while total sales increased by 13%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In November 2018, there were 26 homes sold, with a median sale price of $175,000 - a 5.4% decrease over the $185,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 23 homes sold in Morris in November 2017.

The median sales tax in Morris for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $3,764, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for November 2018.
