V. Budget Reporting

34.2% through FY19, General Fund revenues are at 21%; expenditures 26%.

VI. New Business

A. Assessor FY19 Budget Adjustment

Tom Hougas told the committee that quotes for the vehicle purchase were coming in under $25,000, therefore the current amount budgeted will cover the cost. No action taken.

VII. Old Business

A. Part Time Payroll Clerk

George Gray told the committee that the Asst. States Attorney developed a document from the County Clerk designating payroll services to the HR department. The part-time payroll clerk will be an employee of the County Clerk, will be supported by the budget of the County Clerk, but will physically located in the HR department. The proposed job description will be presented to the Personnel Committee.

1. Motion to approve an hourly rate range of $15-$17 per hour for the part-time payroll clerk position.

B. Update on IMRF Rate

Gray updated the committee on 2020 rates for IMRF & SLEP and stated that the increases will need to be realized in the FY20 budgets.
