Maine Township Board met March 19.

Here is the minutes provided by the board:

Board Members Present: Supervisor Morask, Clerk Gialamas, Trustees Jones, McKenzie, Carrabotta and Sweeney

Others in attendance: Keri-Lyn Krafthefer, Robert McCabe, Dayna Berman, Denise Jajko, Doriene Prorak, Michael Samaan, Diane Carrabotta, Victor Dula, Richard Lyon and Wiesia Tytko.

Supervisor Morask called the meeting to order at 7:00 p.m. and Clerk Gialamas led the Pledge of Allegiance and called the roll.

Supervisor Morask stated that the purpose of the Special Board meeting is to discuss and vote on the Personnel Policy Manual.

Agenda Item: Public Participation

None.

Agenda Item: Personnel Policy Manual/Discussion & Vote

Supervisor Morask stated that various amendments were provided to Attorney McCabe for the Maine Township Personnel Policy Handbook. She added that Trustee Sweeney and Trustee Carrabotta requested a discussion of the additional revisions and changes to the new manual.

Attorney McCabe, Attorney Krafthefer, Trustees Jones, McKenzie, Sweeney, Carabotta and Supervisor Morask discussed the proposed edits to the Maine Township Personnel Policy Handbook.

Supervisor Morask Motion to adopt the Personnel Policy Manual subject to all the amendments, discussion and changes that Board of Trustees agreed upon.

Trustee Sweeney Second.

Motion carried on a roll call vote as follows:

Supervisor Morask Yes

Trustee Jones Yes

Trustee McKenzie Yes

Trustee Carrabotta Yes

Trustee Sweeney Yes

Motion carried.

Agenda Item: Adjournment

Trustee Jones Motion to adjourn.

Trustee Carrabotta Second.

All in favor.

Motion carried on a voice vote.

The meeting was adjourned at 8:35 p.m.
