Kay Olson updated the committee on the April Consolidated Election; re-tab and canvass was held 4/17 with a tie and coin flip on 4/23 for the Mazon Trustee position. Olson also stated that she is looking to make some changes in the judges training and specimen ballots and continue to work on tax extensions.

B. Assessor Report
Tom Hougas reported that there is one outstanding balance for Township Assessor work as well as the Internet IGA. The Farm Committee Annual Meeting is scheduled for May 10, 2019 at 9:00 AM. He updated on ongoing and upcoming projects including the 2019 General Quadrennial revaluation of Grundy County.
C. Vehicle Purchase Approval

The committee discussed the possibility of using a Sheriff's vehicle that is going to auction, however it was decided that a more reliable vehicle was needed. The committee approved the purchase of a Chevy Equinox from D'Arcy Motors in the amount of $23,000.00, which is currently budgeted.
