V. Budget Reporting
1. FY19 Budget Tracking
George reviewed Revenue as of 6/21/2019 (55.2%) through the fiscal year stating 32% in Total General Fund Revenue has been achieved. He also reviewed the Expenditures per department as of 6/21/2019.

VI. FY20 Budget Presentations/Capital Plans
1. FY20 Budgets - CB.CA.Supplies
Reviewed were the following: County Board salary line (decreased); Secretary salary (+2%); Association dues. County Administration salary lines (+2%), Sterling Codifier (increase due to state law changes requiring new codification).

2. Treasurer FY20 Budgets
County Treasurer salary line increases; Printing and Advertising line increase due vendor cost and postage; Capital line increase (furniture needed); Computer lease (decreased- contract paid in full)

3. County Clerk FY20 Budgets
Recorders Document Storage salaries (decrease due to attrition);
County Clerk and Recorder salaries (+2% and increased to 40 hours per week); Association fees ( increase in dues and additional security training expenses). K. Olson reported Revenues are projected unchanged for FY20

VII. New Business
C. Balkema,and G. Gray met with health department M. Pruim, J. Harrop, and L. Johnson to start the FY2020 Budget process and strategy. A follow-up meeting has been scheduled.
