The facts are the camper has been sitting there for several months, is plugged into electricity and could be stored in the rear yard. The downfall of parking the camper in the rear yard is:

• Camper could pull down the electrical wire between two electric poles

• Due to the water/rain, the camper would get stuck and/or sink

• The weight of the camper could collapse the existing storm tiles would need to be extremely trimmed in order to drive the camper in the rear yard Camper is in storage from November 1st-April 1st every year. Camper owner, Stephen Sayers, stated that due to health reasons, he has not yet pulled the camper out for recreational purposes.
