V. Local Agencies Financial Support Requests

Christina VanYperen and Matt Fritz discussed the benefits and ways that they promote Grundy County. They requested funding in the amount of $5,500.

Donna Srocynski and George Gore discussed the history and highlights of the museum and requested funding of $5,000.

At 69.4% through FY19 General Fund revenues are at 59%, expenditures 54%.

1. Discussion of Health Department Subsidy

MIchelle Pruim explained the reasons for the increase in the FY20 subsidy from the County which is $431,897.00.

2. Preliminary FY20 Revenue Estimates

Matt Melvin presented the preliminary FY20 General Fund Budget Analysis. The budget will be placed on file at the October County Board meeting.

3. Preliminary Capital Improvement Plan

George Gray presented the preliminary 2020-2024 Capital Improvement Plan, including a detailed summary of the FY20 plan. Gray stated that he plans to provide the detailed summary for each year.
