A. Local Agencies Financial Support Requests
The committee listened to presentations from local agencies requesting funding for FY20. Those present were Bob Navarro, Heritage Corridor, Michele Micetich, Carbon Hill Historical Society and Meghan Walsh, U of I Extension.

A. Budget Update
Matt Melvin updated the committee on the timeline for the FY19 amended and FY20 budgets. He stated that he is also working on the Capital Improvement Plan.
