B. HR Report
HR Director Mary Kucharz updated the committee on the new hires, separations and open positions. She also told the committee that transfer of payroll duties is going smoothly, there are tentative agreements with the Sheriff's Sergeants and Deputies unions and HR is working with IT & ETSB on the County badge and fob program.
C. County Employee Group Health Contributions
A discussion was held regarding whether the 3.5% FY20 insurance premium increase will be passed onto the employees or absorbed by the County contributions. The total costs of the increase was not given to the committee, therefore the matter was tabled.
