County Administrator George Gray told the committee that at 77% through FY19, General Fund revenues are at 62%, expenditures 60%.

Financial Analyst Matt Melvin reviewed the amended FY19 and FY20 budgets. They will be placed on file at the October County Board meeting.

A. Grundy County cannabis actions to take based on IL State law effective 2020
Chairman Balkema updated the committee on the recommendation that the Tax Committee forwarded to the County regarding the portion of the sales tax that the County would receive for sales of recreational cannabis in municipal areas.
1. Motion to recommend to the County Board the approval of a 0.75% sales tax on recreational cannabis related products sold in municiapl areas.
