II. Public Portion

Brian Severson, certified organic farmer, spoke regarding a neighbor's complaint about the odor given off by the manure used for fertilizer. He asked for direction from the committee on how to avoid any issues the next time he uses the manure. Land Use Director Heidi Miller was asked to send Mr Severson the current livestock zoning code requirement. Miller stated that if there was to be a text amendment, it would need to begin with the Zoning Board of Appeals.
