VI. Budget Reporting

County Administrator George Gray told the committee that at 80% through FY19 the General Fund revenues are at 66%, expenditures 61%.

VII. FY19 Amended & FY20 Budget Updates

Matt Melvin provided the FY19 and FY20 amended budget General Fund and other fund changes including an additional increase to the proposed Health Department subsidy. He stated that both the amended FY19 and proposed FY20 budgets are in the black.

VIII. Capital Improvement Plan Update

Melvin provided the Preliminary FY20 and the FY20-24 Capital Improvement Plans. Funding for document storage will be added.
