Decision on Resolution 2009-03, Co-signature for Supervisor’s Paycheck
The basis for the co-signature policy was to provide another person to be aware of the checks the Supervisor made out to himself. Since the resolution 2009-03 was approved, it is now state statute that the Clerk attest to each check written. A new policy has been written to implement the new statute. Thus, the resolution 2009-03 is no longer needed. Trustee Carr made a motion to rescind the Resolution 2009-03 document and the motion was seconded Trustee Chandler. A voice vote was taken, and the motion passed unanimously.
New Business
Presentation of Draft Supervisor and Clerk Stamp Policy for Board Approval or comments.
A proposed policy was given to the Board members for their review. The topic will be revisited at the next Board Meeting.
Adjournment
Being no further business, Trustee Carr made a motion to adjourn the meeting. Trustee Chandler seconded the motion, which carried on a voice vote. The meeting was adjourned at 7:55 PM.
