Village President, Patrick Brennan, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Trustees present: Terry Houchens, Dennis Martin, Dick Parrish, Barry Thompson, Chad Hrechko and Ric Offerman. Also present: Dan Duffy – Village Administrator, Ryan Anderson – Public Works Superintendent, Justin Meyer – Police Chief, Paul Pearson – Village Engineer, and Chris Spesia – Village Attorney. Changes to Agenda – There were no changes to the agenda at this time.
Review of Minutes – Minutes of the Village Board Meeting of October 22, 2019 were reviewed. Trustee Hrechko moved, Trustee Parris seconded the motion to accept the minutes of October 22, 2019 Village Board Meeting as presented.

Public Forum – President Brennan opened the Public Forum at 6:32pm
Mike Fleming talked to the board on his concern towards the boundary agreement between Village of Minooka and Village of Shorewood. He expressed that there are no sanitary lines and that Shorewood doesn’t service that. He stated that Ridge Road has become a corridor and generates property tax. The route 52 interchange has no utilities there. It has been a dead zone for 20 years. Board approved to table this concern to the Committee of the Whole Meeting in December.
President Brennan closed the Public Forum at 6:40pm.

As Appropriate –Trustee Thompson wanted to applaud Public Works for the lights around the Village of Minooka and wished everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. Trustee Martin asked if the Committee of the Whole Meeting could be moved up to 5:30pm to discuss the Boundary Agreement that was tabled. Trustee Houchens wanted to remind everyone of the Village Christmas Party on December 14, 2019. President Brennan and the rest of the Trustees wanted to end the meeting by wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving.
