Minooka (Grundy County) home prices rise in the second half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2019 in Minooka in Grundy County rose by $8,800 while total sales decreased by 9.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2019, there were 96 homes sold, with a median sale price of $203,050 - a 4.5% increase over the $194,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 106 homes sold in Minooka in the second half of 2018.

The median sales tax in Minooka for the most recent year with available data, 2018, was $4,995, approximately 2.5% of the median home sale price for the second half of 2019.
